Gather. Grow. Give. Go

Sermon Series / Special Events

Can you believe it has been three years since we started the InsideOut building campaign? On Sunday, October 25th, we will conclude this segment of the effort. We will celebrate all that the Lord has accomplished in the last three years! Please join us for this special day of worship and enjoy some great barbecue afterward! An anonymous donor has given $5,000 towards our goal, and would like for the church to match it. Please pray how the Lord would have you give towards the growth of His church.

This year, we are honored to once again be Oconee County's Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection facility! Collection will begin on Monday, November 16th and will conclude on Monday, November 23rd. Due to Covid-19, we are not allowing anyone who is not a collection volunteer inside the fellowship hall.  We ask that you pull around to the fellowship hall behind the church and someone will assist you with your drop-off. Thank you for your help in this important and life-chaning opportunity to spread the Gospel around the world!

Collection Times

Monday, November 16th - Friday, November 20th: 5pm-8pm

Saturday, November 21st: 9am-Noon

Sunday, November 22nd: 1pm-5pm

Monday, November 23rd: 9am-Noon

This year, Samaritan's Purse is allowing donors to track their shoebox! Stop by the Information Desk at church to pick one up from Lynne Elrod, as well as other necessary supplies! Below is a sample label.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month! We want to show our appreciation for our wonderful pastors and their families here at NHBC. There will be a box set up in the vestibule in which you may place cards and gifts of appreciation. Please think about how you and your family can express your gratitude for them this month!

We are pleased to announce that NHBC has made resources from RightNow Media available to our members! This company offers thousands of great Bible studies & videos to help you grow deeper in your walk with God. Please click here, or the logo to the left to sign-up.

Give Online

We give so that people who may not have a relationship with Jesus can draw near to Him. Through contributions graciously made to New Hope, we can send and reach Oconee County, as well as the world, for Christ.

"Freely you have received; freely give."

- MATTHEW 10:8
