Adults

New Hope adults are faithful and committed to worshiping and serving. We believe that God put us here, just as He sent Jesus, not to be served, but to serve.  Life is hard, and it is essential that we assemble together to help one another grow in our faith and our relationships with each other. On Sunday mornings, we offer a wide variety of Sunday School classes, taught by teachers grounded in the Word. A few of our classes are taught with a special emphasis , including Apologetics and Marriage & Parenting. We have lifegroups on Sunday evenings where church members meet in small groups, usually at a host home, to discuss the morning's sermon, as well as fellowship with and get to know one another better. Throughout the year, there are several other fellowship opportunities for church members to gather together as well. As a team and individually, our adults participate in mission outreach and trips. For several years, members have traveled to Honduras, Brazil, Romania, as well as other countries. Locally, many of our adults can be found volunteering in so up kitchens and at other area charity organizations. In November, our church is a drop-off location for Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, a ministry that sends Christmas gifts to children in need across the globe, and many of our members assist in receiving and preparing the boxes for distribution. No matter your age or where you may be in life, New Hope is just the place for you!
